Brake pedal seems to be bobbing up & down!?!?!

Have recently noticed that my brake pedal seems to be bobbing up & down below my foot when I have it pressed down. Anybody any ideas of what could be causing this? All pads have been changed a few months back.

Has it been bled properly. Saying that i've had same problem when fitting new brakes but it seems to be ok for now.

Cheers guys. Will try bleeding them again, if that fails I'll check for warped disks too.

It seems to bob up & down when I'm stopped too. Makes me think that they may need to be bled again after all
