strange metal clunky sound

when i go over a speed bump or drive down a bumpy road i can hear this metal clunky tinging sound its kind of like the sound you would get tapping a spoon in a glass jar or having a screw in a glass jar when it bangs on the side, its coming from the back of the car think its on the drivers side, iv had a look under the car the suspension looks fine i have no idea what it could be.

also when there's somebody sat in the back of my car when i brake or pull off there's a loud vibration noise i though it could be my exhaust but its solid and doesn't move when i give it a wiggle.

any idea on what my strange noises are ?

Have a look at the heat shield on your cat convertor, that might cause the sound.

good call im getting a new downpipe and sports cat fitted tomorrow so that will be coming off so ill see how it goes plus i guess it get the bloke who is fitting it to check my car over as well
