Scan Gauge / Liquid Gauge.. Can it display the Post I/C temp ??

Hi people,

as above really was looking at getting a gauge to see if a recent mod brings down the Post I/C temp at all. Any info on whether these gauges will display this ? If not any recommendations?

Yep it shows air intake temp which is measured from the ait sensor in the inlet manifold

Liquid reads the IAT's in the same way as the ECU/VCDS etc... uses the sensor input from the inlet masni so it will give you IAT's as the ECU sees them...

Not sure on the other stuff as have not used them but suspect they work the same way..

ah i see great stuff should work fine then , could someone show me where the AIT sensor is exactly ?

It wont and cant read the temp before the intercoolers

Thanks s3Dave for your comment, but i was questioning Post I/C which will be after the intercoolers, I just wondered where the AIT sensor was in the manifold ?
