    Not sure whether I want to change brands tho .. as running on 2 different tyres front and back might be a bit dodgy! Might stick with the Contis for now .. but good to have some options.

    Windscreen wiper motors....

    Anybody know how to fit them on an A3? [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/noidea.gif[/img]

    my wipers have given up on me, not great in the fantastic british weather [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsdown.gif[/img]

    Ive done one on a golf - shouldn`t be too hard but look at a haynes manual just incase. Unscrew till you get to it, replace, put back together. If possible see an a3 with a working wiper motor to see where the link arm stops when at rest. As motors tend to break mid cycle so can be hassle and time consuming using trial and error to get the wipers sitting perfect.
