    wrapping chrome grill surround!

Vinyl wrap just arrived, finally after 2 weeks off poor custom.

Just wondering what's the easiest way to get it off the car? ive heard of people removing the bumper to do it, is this really necessary?

    thanks

yep, i made the mistake of just pulling on the grill whilst applying pressure to the clips with a screwdriver, worked fine apart from one stubborn clip which snapped and now the grill surround sticks out slightly on one side

bumper off just to be safe, if you've done it before it's easy.

Take the bumper off: 2-3 screws in both arches, couple of on the top when you open the bonnet, pop the 2 sides out and then the bumper just slides off...
