8L related injury.

I seem to be injuring myself on cars lately, namely 8L's!! This got me thinking, there must be some impressive injuries sustained from working on your own car, or is it just me? Lol

Check out my finger which was sliced open on a pd130 camshaft whilst changing the lifters. I hadn't seen the bones in my finger before and don't want to again haha

i havent had anything like that but it seems to be impossible for me not to cut myself whilst working on my car or motorbike

Worst thing I've done is probably dropping a cylinder head onto my fingers, certainly no where near as bad as any of the above!

Did that to my thumb a few weeks ago... still can't straighten it as it healed slightly bent

I tripped over a trolly jack whilst doing an oil change once!! Smashed my lower thumb joint to bits, ended up having 6 weeks off work (fully paid) so there was an up side to it

I had similar scaffolding when I rolled a dune buggy type thing and ended up smashing my arm to bits. I was in france and just remember being pumped with morphine
