Help please - Half way through changing cam chain tensioner gasket

Guys, got the cam cover off to replace the gasket and also about to change the cam chain tensioner gasket and half moon to stop all my leaks, but I dont have the torque settings for refitting the the tensioner. Can anyone help me please?

I just did it tight with a torx screwdriver...

I just nipped them up too.

I'm assuming that you only unscrewed the two torx bolts so you could move the cam adjuster about slightly?

I'm doing this to mine this weekend anyone have a how to on an s3 don't fancy taking cams out or owt my leak is getting bad now it's under the Vvt valve and down the side of block and on top of gear box now
