Would like to fit a CAT into my 3 inch downpipe/ decat

Im looking to make my car fully "legal" again as it has a decat section at the moment along with a 3 inch down pipe.
My question is which of the many many universal weld in cats have people used? The car is running a hybrid turbo and was mapped to around 310 bhp si i would say it needs to be quite free flowing 100 cell? 200 cell? ive no idea what i need,

I am told my downpipe/ decat is a blue flame item?
What is the diffrence between 100 cel or 200? is one better for my car?
I know the car isnt 500 bhp but i would like to loose as little power/ flow as possible,
Did tuffty try an ebay item and have it fail? With it being a weld in item i dont realy want to be messing with it once its on,

I read that the 200cell is needed if your car has 2 lambda sensors... I don't know if it is true.

I'm doing MOT next mouth and because of that I haven't change my exhaust after MOT I'll change it, I'll try 3" donwpipe with 2.75" cat + 2.75" cat back + milltek...

The question 100 cell or 200 cell it's important to decide what to buy, because I don't know if the 100 cell it's enough to pass the MOT
