Warranty on wheels???

I have factory option 18" RSTT's on an 03 car (still under warranty) and i've noticed on the inside edge of the odd spoke there is the odd corrosion blister.

I know they are hardly noticeable but if they were on the car body, they would be covered by warranty. Do you rekon they will be covered by the std warranty. The rest of the alloys are unmarked/scuffed apart from these bits and i dont see why i should pay for them to be refinished.

Anyone had them replaced under warranty?

Mk4 Golf Anniversaries get replaced under warranty due to a poor finish. I don't see why you wouldn't get yours replaced.

I'll try then, once my seat has been replaced next week. The dealer must love me!

could that not be caused by a stone chip, if your body work got chipped it wouldnt be covered by warranty??. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/noidea.gif
