R32 ARB on a TDI Quattro

After reading a lot about the R32 19mm ARB mods on S3's I am seriously considering doing this to my A3. Where do you guys get these from as I read it's a cheap mod to do.

Also, is it a simple process? I.e is there any special tools or equipemtn needed? Or can someone with DIY knowledge be able to do it.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

I think there about £90 from VW or get lucky on ebay, the rear one is very easy

Just found one by chance on ebay so I snapped it up. It's an R32 one, so I assume 19mm. Would it be adviseable to get some uprated bushes for it? And is there any guides on how to replace it?

Just noticed that the one I bought is for a 2008 R32. Will this still fit?
