Clutch slip or not?

I've got an APR mapped s3 and on full boost the clutch slips in most gears, but if I switch the map off for a couple of days and drive with the oem map when I switch back it doesn't slip. If the clutch is worn, should it slip 'all the time'? Or would it slip more when warm and using mapped boost a lot?

what torque figure do you have and how old is the clutch?

It will slip when switching to mapped because of your higher boost/bhp...

Yeah I just wondered why it doesn't slip again for a day after I switch over?

It must be getting shiny from the gradual slip i guess? either way you are going to **** the flywheel if you keep driving it slipping ..

my 207 done this, had it mapped.. slipped like mad (pretty much undrivable).. took the map off.. drove it nicely for few days now its fine!

I would surgest you get the clutch changed asap to save the flywheel
