Anyone tried an Ecotek valve ?

Been wondering whether to try the following, anyone have one fitted and if so do they work ?

I've heard too many stories about these. So I would never fit one to my car.

They are supposed to save fuel, but when my mate fitted one to his Lupo GTi it sounded like a duck and made no difference

Seen it used on a SEAT Ibiza 2.0 16v gti and it was utter crap. Just made noise, no difference to anything else. I've heard nothing but bad stories about them

They are just a controlled air leak.

Completely useless - avoid.
