Newby, advice required (Various part replacements)

New to the forum,

Own a 2002 (210) AMK S3.

Firstly, looking to replace the following hoses;

*Cam cover hose
*Air intake hose
*Brake vacuum hose

Reason being that car has done 120k miles and i have heard that some of the OEM original parts are prone to splitting. Looking to purchase Forge silicone hoses as replacements, has anybody done this already? Any problems to be aware of?

Secondly, looking to replace current S3 alloys for the alloys on the 52/03 models which i believe to be audi rs4 replicas. In respect of this,

*Where can i find these?
*Should i buy 17" or 18"?
*Anybody interested in my S3 alloys which are originals and have recently been refurbished and currently unmarked?

and Finally.....(Yes almost there lol),

Usual remapping questions. Is there a noticeable difference between 270 and 210 which makes the £3-400 worthwhile?

Definitely Remap transforms the car! Wheels are Rstt's and you'll want them in 18's good luck with that!, the only hose I've changed is the Tip for a forge (one day I'll buy a B5 Tip) but people do recommend silicone hoses as old original hoses do perish.
