custom exhaust bore

if i was to get a custom exhaust built what size bore would i have 3 inch allway or 2.5 from decat pipe back? im only planning of map, full decat and a badger 5 and 007 so would i realistically be looking at 280 ish ? cheers rob

Guessing a s3? If you going for a custom exhaust you may aswell go for 3", unless you want it tobe boomy though, you should get a miltek style backbox to help keep the noise down when cruising etc.

No less restrictions the better on a turbo car..

3" might sound a bit boomy but wont do any harm. Might be OTT unless ur running big power. Im sure someone on here is running standard exhaust with 300+ bhp

whats the size of miltec ? thats kind of set up im thinking apart from full decat hmmm lol . im worried if i go 3 inch it will lose bit of power as it ain t no 400 bhp beast lol

Turbod cars dont need back pressure, you will be fine
