Hi All,

I am trying to figure out if I got a good deal when I bought my S3 back in April. I kind of think I did but wanted to hear from those more experienced S3 owners! Parkers guide states my car to be worth £4500... Any input gratefully received. (Paid £4100)

2002 Audi S3 225ps. 125k, Full Service History (Half Audi Dealer, Half VAG Specialist)
Black, Half Leather Recaro (with blue centre), Chrome wing mirrors. Service due 7000mile.
3 Months MOT, (Just put it through a new MOT though and straight through no problems)

Body in VGC only mark is slight scuff on front driver side bumper, hardly noticable. Shines like new after a coat of wax! Obviously a few light marks as you would expect from a car 9 years old.

Interior is VGC only one downside is the passenger side seat has a very small what appears to be cigerette burn mark. (about 2mm size). The Chorus head unit is knackered and so is the CD changer in the boot, (wont eject the CD casette!) But thats regardless, I want to swap it out for a iPhone compatible head unit anyway!

Drives and pulls like its done 30k to be honest! I just had the discs and pad changed all round as they were warped and juddered like hell when hot! (New EBC Redstuff fitted!)

I would appreciate your thoughts, i love the car! Keep trying to find excuses to get out and drive her!

Cheers.
Lee.

I would have said it was about £5k

If it had been a low miler then it would have been nearer £6.5k but the miles are a little high which in it's self does mean the cars mechanically bad but it just puts off a lot of people and hence prices will be lower ...

Sounds like you got a good deal.

sounds like a very good deal to me, drive it and enjoy it, smell the interier mmmmmmmmm.
