N249 4mm vac hose clips?

Hi, nice and simple question. Do you need to put clips on the 4mm vac hose used for the N249 bypass (BAM)? Struggling to find anything small enough.

Personally, I use fairly softish hose, and put a zip tie on each joint. never had one pop off even at 23-24psi on the track car

yeh cable ties are the **** tbh. Ive almost got too many of them lol

Oh, I forgot to mention, on the daily driver they're called Zip ties.

When used on the track car, they're called 'Race ties'

For a nice professional look you can use ear clips like this...

You will need the clamps for them though. CV clip pliers are good for this.

But small cable ties are adequate.

as its vacuum you dont really need anything.. as long as its not a loose fit (my pipe was a real tight fit)

Cable tied . The n249 is extremely simple on a BAM if anyone is thinking about it
