After fitting my first BIG jetex filter i said i was un happy with the noise ( strangely sounded like a corsa with no airbox ) off boost.
I was later told ( after selling the filter ) that the noise was down to the filter not having and sort of bracket to suport it?
If this is the case can people who have them fitted please give me a few ideas ( and pictures) as to how they suported it?
Thanks

I used an alloy joiner on mine to space it out from the MAF about 3-4''.

What i did, was butt the filter up against the inner wing, with the edge sitting under the little bracket that holds the standard airbox.

To get it to sit tight, I then pulled the intake back so the whole lot was under a bit of tension, and did up the clips. Mine doesn't move at all, and also doesn't sound like a corsa!
