need help ive changed CTS and radiator fan switch and the fans still run constantly

Hi there
right after advice ive changed the CTS and the radiator fan switch and both fans still come on straight away when the engine is started and then run for about an hour after the car is off so anyone else have anything else it could be ive been told it could be the engine coolant fan control module anyone else had to replace this

Sounds like a faulty module or the wiring is shorting...
