S3 AIR INTAKE

ITS PROB BEEN ASKED BEFORE BUT AS IM NEW I DONT KNOW.
I RECENTLY BAUGHT AN S3 (8L) AND WANT TO MOD IT, I HEVE EVERYTHING ELSE WORKED OUT BUT I AM A BIT STUCK ON THE INDUCTION SIDE. I AM AIMING FOR 280BHP FOR THE MOMENT AND WANT AN INDUCTION KIT BUT WANT IT TO LOOK FACTORY (LIKE THE STANDERD AIR BOX), OR WOULD A PERFORMANCE REPLACMENT FILTER BE OKAY FOR THIS BHP.

Do a search mate, this has been covered a billion times.

The current setup that is very popular is a Badger 5 3" turbo intake pipe (do a search ) and a Jetex cone filter. Some people have modded the standard airbox to fit the cone filter inside to keep the OEM look.

As Westle says.....apparently you can also use a Honda S2000 air filter...a standard one, costs about £20!!!
