Need to fit boost gauge but where is the grommit through the bulkhead? Also I cant seem to find a A-pillar mount anywhere?

Can anyone help??

your need to buy a ebay A-pillar gauge pod and mod it to give a good fit.

i found 2 places to put a vac line into the car.

1. is the place where the bonnet realse cable goes (under the scuttle panel)
2. passanger side where the wiring loom goes into the car (behind airbox)

I used the second option. Easy and simple as no cutting was needed.
I was told the seat leon A pillor pod isnt a mile away from whats needed?
However i bought mine ready done.

i'm not sure about the leon pod. i used a £7 ebay one, and trimmed it to fit. when i had an A-pillar pod

I did mine yesterday.

Open the drivers door and take off the end cover to reveal a fuse box.

Undo any screws that hold that in and you will gain access into the side of the dash.

You then need to remove the wipers and scuttle panel.

Then remove the wiper linkage.

Once all that is out the way, you will be left with a black box in the scuttle area.

Take the lid off it and you should see daylight through all the wires in there.

That will gain you a route for your vacuum hose at least. Let me know if u need any more help mate.

Ok Will give it a try in the morning

Thanks:sm4:

So fitted it with pics to come ended up mounting on the steering housing till i can get a pillar mount!!!
