lowering springs or coilovers

iv seen some lowering springs for sale are they anygood or is it just better to spend bit more and get coilovers?

Its personal choice really, there are some good spring and shock combos and decent coilovers, some are very cheap on ebay at the moment with not bad reviews....

Is say it depends what you want out of it. If you want to go crazy on lowering, then coilovers, if you want to go crazy stiff sport suspension I.e.track use, then coilovers, if you want sporty feel, then maybe sports springs will suffice, if dampers are nakered, then a good spring/damper combo will be good sport set up.

if your not sure of the height you want - coilovers will allow you to change your ride height later on, if/when you change your mind
