Looking to buy A3

Hi,

I am looking into buying an Audi A3 1.6 Sport, seen a few at various mileage and various prices. Looking to spend between 6k-6.5k.

Just wondering if anyone could fill me in what sorta mileage and price I should be looking at for this price. Im looking into one which is 2003 63,000M for £5,595, however has had a new clutch n gear box. this a common fault or a no go area.

For 6k mate I'd look at an 8P face lift model. Made from Late 03 onwards. If your after the 1.6 sport model then there will be plenty of choice with average miles for that price.
