Always the wiring at the back of the headlight switch for me. That can provide you with both switched and perma live.

Current draw on the WMI pump negates the use of the lighting switch as a power source IMO... under the drivers side dash panel (remove to view) you have access tot he fuse box and IIRC there are 'points' (red cables held on by nuts to a distribution board) to take live feeds from and an earth cluster too... I would advise taking the pump feed from there if you can as the draw is 10/15amps depending on what pump you have... I would also fuse it too...

Been a while since I was under that part of the dash so sorry I can't be of more help but this is typically how I wire WMI on Ibizas
