Is this worth it?

Hi all, right basically i have some 18" rs4 alloys ( i think there reps) with 2 good tyres and 2 not so good, pretty curbed tbh and could defiantly do with a refurb.
Is it worth swapping these with some s3 wheels with tyres (same tread depth as mine) pretty good condition with only the odd curb scratch???
