Hmmm, but surely not input wrong 4 times in a row? 124,998 Miles, 135,876 Miles, 142,549 Miles, 148,566 Miles.

I'd say your car has been clocked between 29/12/2008 and 05/01/2010.

It's a shame, but there's not much you can do. The Police won't really care unless you can prove who did it.
Best thing to do (to protect your interests) if you think your car has been clocked - don't check!
If you check and find out it has been clocked then you are obligated to tell whoever you sell it to.

If it's been properly maintained then your current 155k+ mileage won't matter much more than if it was genuinely on 122k.

The thing is all of the receipts i have and the service history seem to check out. Having said that it would be easy to remove receipts which show higher mileage.
Does VCDS have a record of the mileage, i thought they were difficult to clock
