Confussed about lowering and brakes?

I have an audi a3 tdi 1.9 old model wondering what suspensions are there on the market that will give me a more comfortable drive and lower it at the same time without losing the comfortablitly? Also I'm looking to improve my brakes I have standard brakes on at the moment and did not know if getting drilled ones would they be a straight swap or would there be other parts needed? If anyone could help with my problem would be very grateful
