Still waiting on the IE order so that the engine can be assembled (and I can go get pics). The russell push fit hose is going to be so much easier than faffing around with braided. I've got for AN8 from pump to rail and AN6 for everything else. I'm hoping to mount it where the washer tank is and either get a smaller one (base Mk4 Golf Tuffty has mentioned) or relocate it. The SPA design fuel pressure sensor fits perfectly into the new Aeromotive compact regulator which is a relief. Should be a nice setup.
Also got the 90 degree heater core hoses which have the take offs for the coolant lines for the wastegate. I might get some regular 90s just in case. They were dirt cheap and look to be OEM quality rather than made of soft cheese. Going to get some fire sleeve for the heater core hoses since they'll be close to hot stuff.
Parts "room" is looking a bit full...

You're bang on Karl. 4pot rear Hope too and big un hubs. I brought it over from the UK 5 years back. They don't really get Hope here, or didn't when I first arrived so some bike shops were a bit surprised. I hardly ride it these days It used to have an "original" big un front hub on a d321, which was a super strong wheel. I should dust it off and take it out but I just feel a bit old for it now. Want to get a nice road bike, or hipster fixie.
I'm pretty sure I got those forks about 16 or 17 years ago now. Crazy.

Yeah there's a fair bit building up now. Keen to crack on but with Christmas looming and trip to the UK on the cards it's not looking like any time soon it'll be done. We'll see. I'm leaning towards to the Clutchmasters FX850SS, it's a single disk full face disc with their normal 850 pressure plate. It looks like a really nice setup.
I'm getting a bit pissed off with TSR Performance. They've still not sent the sodding EGT probe boss. It'll be 5 weeks tomorrow - sterling service. I know they're going to kick up a fuss when I send them the bill for the work to weld it in too. Or take ages, going by this experience.

Nice tip/filter setup sam. I was looking at filters last night, but gonna have to wait till the engine is in the bay to judge the size i can have. Dont wana go too big too soon.
Airs, theres loads of bikers on here, some threads in the general chat section. I dont do it so much now, not enough time and my car has taken over as a hobby, sad really.
Got my line kit through from TSR finally. However, it looks like they've sent an incorrect hose. I have what's definitely an oil drain, plus:
- 12mm banjo to JIC connection (oil feed)
- 14mm banjo to 14mm banjo (coolant feed)
and then a rogue line:
- 12mm banjo to 12mm clamp-on (presumably coolant drain, but it's got the wrong size banjo)
They tell me that they should be different size hoses (coolant drain vs feed), is that right? So if I get a 14mm banjo fitted to the line will it flow enough?
Also got the Genesis fuel pump loom which looks top quality. Also the IE flywheel friction disc which looks like, err, a disc.
my Coolant feed and drain are same size. People commonly use -6AN, cant remember the metric I.D of that.
TSR havent really served you well have they

Well AN6 is on 9.25mm (3/8) ID but this hose they've sent is the same size hose as the oil feed.
I'm half tempted to just send the line kit back and ask for a refund. It's a joke. 225 quid the kit was, I was expecting AN fittings etc but they didn't even send the banjo bolts!
