Wiring Diagram needed, engine management fuse 43 keeps blowing. is this common?

Hi all,

need a wiring diagram in relation to the above. Fuse 43 keeps blowing, but need a wiring diagram to test components on the circuit, it shorts as soon as i put the ignition on however last nite it was 20mins before it shorted....
