Car is beeping at me!

Hey there!

Now im used to my car beeping from the dash when it's thirsty, or if i need to top up the coolant or what not...
But the other week when i turned on the ignition, it sounded like 3 loud beeps came on outside the car.... i really dont know why its doing this?
i have petrol, all the fluids seem to be fine, and the dash is telling me ive got ages untill a service ect.

Anyone know why maybe?
