a3 wing mirror where is the part number

i have a set of wing mirrors on my a3 i know they not the correct ones for the year as when i got a glass for the drivers it was not the correct shape.

i have rang audi with all the codes i could find and they dont know the only code i have which is close to other wing mirrors is the code from the undersife of the wing mirror.

mine is E1 010594

i have had a look on ebay they do look like 03-07 shape so will ask the 8p owners also if people could have a quick look and let me know if the code matches any of yours and let me know the year it would be much appriciated.

Here you go Paul and exploded diagram of the wing mirror. Number 5 is the actuall casing without all the internal gubbins. If you need the part number for the entire unit including the motor, glass, etc. let me know.
