Hiya guy's i was looking at buying a s3 and i have been on the phone to the buyer and he has told me that the car was registered in Jersey ( the channel island's ). It was registered in the UK in 2009 so this will mean when i get a HPI check on the car it will only give me the history from 2009 onwards. He told me their was no other way of finding out what the history was before that. He bought the car from a BMW dealer and has the registration document when it was first registered in Jersey.
I just wanted to know what people's thought about this because i will not know what the history of the s3 was for the first two year's of it's life.
Is their anyway i could find what the history was before 2009? Would member's think it's abit dodgy?
