Adjusting door alignment

Hi, Been to see an S3 today that I think im going to buy. One thing I noticed though is that the drivers door dropps 3-4mm when you open it and the passenger sits In from the rear quarter at the top and out at the bottom, if that makes sense. But what I was wondering Is if they are adjustable at all?

My drivers door dropped a bit and would catch on the lock slightly, got it re-alligned and all is fine. Might want to check for damage though just to be sure

Just removing the window frame and not putting it back in exactly the right place can throw the door alignment out quite a bit .... this happend to me when one of the plastic clips that holds the window to it's electric mechanism broke and i didn't think to mark the aluminium wedges that are used to shim it's position.... another job to do...
