Anyone have a workshop manual on how to remove the dashboard? annoying rattle

Since hitting a pot hole in october, I have a god awful rattle coming from withen the dashboard on the drivers side. It sounds like its coming from behind the dials or near to the air vent near the door. Its getting really irritateing now to the point where i need to fix it.

If you push down on the driver side by the pillar
dose it go away if so it's the centre vent Where the temp sensor is

It seems to be coming from just next to the speedo to the right, im going to take out the speedo on saturday, hopefully i will find the offending article. Thanks for the guides, anything which involves takeing the steering wheel off im not going to do though lol

I also have an annoying rattle which if i push my finger down the gab where the pillar meets the top of the dash it stops.. Any idea on that?
