How to clean injectors?

Hi there,
I have a 1999 1.8t quattro which i think has a AGU engine.
I am going to attempt to clean the injectors.
Obviously i have to take the fuel rail off and so on but i am unsure on how to do the job properly and im not sure what solution to clean the injectors with.
Pretty much im asking if anyone can send me a detailed message on how to clean my injectors.

Yeah I'm thinking of starting a cam adjuster gasket service and injector service as they seem to be the main issues at the moment

In all seriousness, they do extensive testing on them as well to ensure that the spray patterns are at their best.

Westle - buy the gear - you could make a killing....

I will stick to my little cleaner, a couple of weeks down the line like fo like, my mpg has risen by 1.5mpg, i think that is called a result!
