What's it worth?

How much would you guys say a facelift 3dr 1.9 TDI 100hp on 100k miles with a full S3 interior and S3 rear end, alloys and genuine chrome mirrors is worth?

Would £2900 be a bad deal? Some service history although cam belt and waterpump done within last 10k

about right pal, i would have guessed between 2700 and 3000.
