Part numbers for Vac Hoses.

Any one got the part number for the hose that connects to the bottom of the "Y" hose that is connected to the pipe on the rocker cover. Or a diagram will do. Sorry it this is a little vague.

They're oil breather hoses yes? You can buy some 19mm (I believe) oil grade hose and simplify the breather system. If you take a look at any of the oil catch can threads floating about you should be able to get some ideas.
