car wont start

hi my audi s3 2001 amk wont start and keeps blowing the fuel pump fuse. checked pump and with the pump un pluged it still blows the fuse , i cant find the relay any one know where this is.
and any ideas

I think the relay is under the panel under the steering wheel not sure the exact one i think there are 3 or 4 down there...

cheers mate .. i also been told by audi i have one under the bonnet by bulk head..

also guys pretty sure the coil pack is the reason for car to not start as its burnt out and smoking

id say so as it keeps popin the fuel pump fuse as well but if you take it off its fine so ill get one from work today and get it up and running again ..
