Aluminum door mirror fitment

Hey guys anyone know if it's easy fitting the S3 aluminum door mirrors onto an S3?? can it be an Easy DIY job or is it more complicated?

As long as they are correct fitment for the year and model? It is one bolt IIR plus the plug for the electrics.

Try a search on here. IIRC Rockstar did this on his A3 and found out the pitfalls of Post and pre facelft mirror fitment mismatches.

If you get the right mirror covers, then it's a 2 min job! One cover clips off, the other clips on.

Think he has full mirrors though?

If they are covers then as said it is a 20 min job max (first time) start to finish to swap both mirror covers.

Hey Guys thanks for the replies. it's the full mirrors I'm thinkin off fitting no just the covers. Thanks a lot though, I'll check the different ones out. But would you say ordering it from Audi will cost too much?
