decat help please!!

hiya guys am on to the next mod now and looking into purchasing a decat and seams to be two available one is the flexy from turbo to the cat or one to remove cat witch is best for power / spooling??

The one from turbo onwards will be better if the new pip is less restrictive that the current standard pipe. Most on here go for a 3" down pipe.

yh i already have a blueflame cat back exhaust but not sure on diameter so the only bit left will be the cat witch looks like there is two of and the elbow up to the turbo??
