removal of stereo cup holder etc. HELP!

guy girls, want to remove my central column of dash and fix the cup holder that wont pop out! how do i get it all apart? please help quick i wanna do it today on my day off! ill put the kettle on! wud do it now but i dont want to just hack at it if sum1 knows how to do it properly.

Mine was stuck when I got the car, just took it out, cleaned it up and greased it up and it now works like new.
