hi fellas.
what do you guys think about em cold air induction kits?
I had the K&N one on my previous car.it wasn't bad,but wasn't great either.
So now im thinking od geting one of those like the BMC CDA, pipercros viper, carbonio.
some of the closed ones with the carbon box or a sort of heatshield.(don't want to stick to the factory air box)
tell me what do you think.any recomendations?

The bmc chokes at around 200 g/s believe it or not, ive done the tests, so for the money they cost i would stay away, unless you are unmapped of course.....

i have a carbonio which is great but the risk of water lock puts me off using it in winter. Although i was driving with it for 2 years on my old car all it takes is a bit of flooding in the road and thats ur engine ******!

i currently use my jetex filter which gets good results when paired with a uprated TIP.

There was a post about induction kits yesterday aswell if you look at yesterdays threads.
