My concert stereo will not come out

I rescently bought my a3 iv only ever taken it out twice where the right hand removal tool doesnt want to catch to anything it did this last time but evdntually came out, iv tried everything this tym and it will not budge, is there any way to get access to the bckk without ripping it out?

remove the glovebox and push the radio from behind.

I had the same problem. I found my keys were to thin, so bent when i pushed them in. Bought some more from ebay and after a bit of fiddling for 15 minutes it came out.
