and do you buy the DV with a yellow spring? or buy it with green then fit the yellow yourself?

They come with whatever spring you ask for... most sell with green but if you ask for a yellow one it should come with a yellow one...

ok, just that i've seen a few on ebay, and a few 2nd hand ones on edition38, and im not sure whats in them, i presume green, so didn't know if i could retrofit a yellow spring myself i i got a cheap DV with a green spring?

Top just unscrews m8 then swap the springs over yhpm in regard to new one..

found this, they sell green, yellow, blue and red springs.. all for £10 each

Green - 6-8 PSI
Yellow - 10-12 PSI
Blue - 14-16 PSI
Red - 18-20 PSI

and recommend yellow for a remapped TT/S3.

but i thought a mapped S3 would hit 20psi ish, so would blue not be better?

Not sure where you got that from but here are the proper ratings for the springs...
