2001 S3, New bushes, fit coilovers, haldex service, cambelt, water pump etc. Smarten up bodywork, then sell.

I need to decide if i'm selling the S3 and MG and getting something sportier or if i'm keeping them.

If keeping the S3 then...

Full exhaust (probably custom)
Badger 3" TIP
Stage 2 map
BBS LMs
Eibach springs
Cosmetic tidy/Detail

...and keep it another 12-18 months.

And for the MG...
Run-in the recently rebuilt and overbored engine
Remove stripes and renew number plates
Possibly new carpets
New Yokos
Raise exhaust an inch if possible
Get dad to fix the dents he put in it!

Finish painting and refurbing wheels, nearly done.

Wishbone bushes
Haldex oil and filter
Gearbox oil

Intercooler goes on.
Strip it out.
Light weight seats. & alloys.
Possibly Upgrade ARB and suspensions.

GT30R is a dream job whenever I have the right cash especially after last night where an Astra 2.0 GSI with GT30R dominated 335i and 350z supercharged and tuned RS4 B5s. it is def on the wish list.

Sort out any problems that occur, tint rear windows, service, sort out the scratches and enjoy every second driving her .

A) Spend as little as possible on it as it sort of owes me already! Need to find out what this squealing sound is that goes for a few seconds after about 10 secs of starting up. Any ideas?

B) Get haldex serviced asap, think Im gonna go to Audi for this as I was quoted about £140 and should be able to get a courtesy car.

C) Service at around April time.

D) Get the drivers door window fixed!!! This has been my main gripe with the car, I love the car and its been very reliable so far but I took it to garage they said they would replace either the motor or the regulator and they did neither opting for a bit of lubrication and a new switch, the switch works fine but shame it operates a window that doesnt go backup!!! Very annoying on the way to work!
