Heater fan makes weird noise

When my heater fan is anywhere between half way up and upto max it sounds as though the fan is loose or something. Basically it makes some odd noises now and then and even turning corners affects it too. Is there a fix for this?

Also, there seems to be rattle or squeek coming from the passenger side air vent, this often happens when the heater is blowing but still does it sometimes when its off. Anyone else had this problem?

Any help on these matters would help me very much!

When was the last time your pollen filter was changed? When i used to turn the heating on it used to make a whirring sound for about 10 minutes and then stop. Then a month later it stank of puke when i turned it on one day LOL. Got the pollen filter changed, no more pukey smell and no more whirring! The old pollen filter was full of black dirt which clogged it up. Just a suggestion.

I haven't ever changed it, pretty cheap so I shall give that a go. Easy job is it?
