Hi there guys just brought myself a lovely a3 1.8t and have some good plans for her but wanted some advice and help from you experienced folk!
Firstly the parts!
Coilovers- with so many to choose from nowadays weitec Jom
jamex etc etc can anyone recommend any? I'm not looking to go
real low just a little drop to fill the arches a bit better but don't
want to compromise ride quality too much or am I better off just
getting lowering springs? And where to buy from?
Badgeless grille- where can I get one?
Exhaust- not wanting anything too loud just a nice burble when
you put your foot down! What makes and places to buy?!
Wheels- looking for some 18 or 19 tsw holstens or Audi monoblock derived wheel, used or new pref with tyres if anyone has any or knows a good place to get them from!
Now the problems
When I have the headlights on and I open the car door I don't get a warning beep, I think the door lock sensor must be ok
because the dis shows the door open and the interior lights come
on! Strange!!
Next my windows, when I press them down the one touch works and they go down but to get them to go up the one touch dosnt
work and I have to hold my finger on it? Is this right?
My dis has dead pixels! I know it's quite common and wondered of there is anything we can do to repair it?
I think that's it for now any suggestions or comments would be very much appreciated!
