knocking/popping sound from front suspension

The noise seems to be coming from the front passenger side. I have recently replaced; coilovers, topmounts, wishbones and bushes, droplinks, arb bushes and lower balljoints.
The knocking noise happens when turning slowly and sometimes over bumps, but not all the time. Any ideas?

Have you put the coilover parts in the correct order? on the top mounts

yeah everything is fine there, i would have thought, if not, then both sides would be making the noise.
could it be something to do with the steering system?
