My 98 A3 1.8 T Sport is well overdue a full set of discs and pads!

Is there anywhere online thats best/cheapest to order them?

Or will i just answer my own question with 'eBay'?

Cheers all.

I got a full set of rear discs and pads for mine for £30 posted off ebay ;)

Agree with above, tyres and brakes aren't worth scrimping and scraping on!

The ones off ebay will be a simalar quality as the cheaper brakes at eurocarparts and the like. Voorhees is right by saying you get what you pay for but imo it is how long they last they will still stop the car well enough under day to day driving but i wouldnt go taking it on a track lol.

guy at work just put cheap discs on a bmw , then had a bit of wobble on the front turns out they warpped or were out of balance. Put a new set on that cost the right amount and they are fine. Just get Pagid from euro they are spot on

i would try some local motor factors before i would buy brakes on ebay to be honest, there wont be much in it in terms of price but maybe a world of different in terms of quality

i use TPS for all my s3 stuff - they are Trade Parts Specialists(VAG) may not be the cheapest, but best value for money in my opinion
