Door Trim - Exterior bottom

Hi.
Just wondering if anyone knows how to remove the black rubber trim at the bottom of the door on an A3. I can see two philips screws, one on each corner on the inside of the door but surely there is more to it.

on my a4 b6 its something the same.. take the screws out and slide the trim towards the back of the car..

I used to have a '99 A4 and had to replace my drivers door one, as BASS 666 says take out the two screws (can be a bit of a buger sometimes) then the trim needs sliding off. Quite a simple job if remember rightly
