Seized rear brake calliper

Hi,
Just replaced all my discs and pads this weekend on my s3 amk the job took a bit longer than i expected due to the fact the disc and pads were well past there best. Just the drivers side rear caliper is seized solid and have got no chance of salvaging it, been looking around on the inter web and all i can find is refurbished units? Am i being stupid in thinking thats all i can get now.
